Information on how we admit children to our school.
This Admissions Policy has been formally adopted by the local governing committee, who is the Admissions Authority and is responsible for determining the school’s admissions policy.
The Planned Admission Number (PAN) for this school is 30 pupils to the Reception Year group in the September of each academic year. The Admissions Policy Criteria will be applied on an Equal Preference basis. We welcome applications from all families.

Children become eligible for a place in our Nursery at the start of the term AFTER their third birthday. Parents can apply for their child to attend nursery after their 2nd birthday. Applications must be made online on the schools admissions page on the Local Authority Common Application Form. All forms must be returned by the closing date set by Durham County Council.
An application can be made for a place for a child at any time outside the admissions round and the child will be admitted where there are available places.
